A Developer should budget a percentage of the total product sales price to include the following:

- Miscellaneous
- Sales Commission Structure
A percentage charge of commission on the gross contracted sales price. The commission payments shall be netted out of the accumulated draws, if any, once the sales phase begins.
Includes the following costs:
o Commission to Sales Contractors
o Commission to the Sales Managers
o External Commission to Intermediaries, Real Estate Agents and Brokers
o Database Development and Maintenance
Additional Expense Reimbursement
Developer is responsible for the reimbursement of travel and miscellaneous costs for sales and marketing.
