Only if the transaction takes place in the United States or a country that requires to be licensed.

Do I have to move or bring my license with the AMCI Organization?

No. We don't take licenses or Our intentions is to Recruit Realtors to our organization. We would only accept a Real Estate Licenses for a Top Management Position.

How does the comission referral splits are paid? | All comissions are negotiable.

USUAL COMMISSION SPLITS

Listing Agreements thru AMCI and Referral Partner | Exclusive Listing handled to you 50% | 50%.

Listing Agreements Name and telephone number | lead 25% | You do all presentations and paper work.

Buyers provided by AMCI and Referral Partner | 50% | 50%  ( Qualified )

Buyer's names and telephone number | lead 25% | You do all the work.

How do I get paid?

In you are a licensed Real Estate Agent in the United States you'll get paid thru your Broker of Record.

Otherwise a title company or attorneys in any country can pay you or your company directly.

Do you  follow a code of ethics?

In USA The Realtor's Association Code of Ethics + (International) The AMCI Family Code of Ethics.

How do I become a Master Broker for the AMCI Organization?

Please tell us about your experience as a Real Estate Broker and your sales Force and we will conduct our private investigation to get you approved, so you may represent us in any country.
