The Miami Baptist Association is made up of more than 300 local congregations, and about 100 of these are Haitian churches. We are very involved in the Haitian relief effort as this affects all of us. We are having several special prayer meetings. We are collecting money. We have set up Drop Off sights to fill containers when the port is reopened to receive supplies. These locations are: |

Baptist Church members have been involved in Search and Rescue, as well as all the communication efforts. We are involved in media and military efforts. South Com has asked for volunteers and we would encourage all people to help support their efforts as well. We are all in this together. This type of effort crosses all races, languages, and religion. We want to encourage everyone to take their part in helping our Haitian friends and families. |
