My name is Fernando A. Chinchilla, a Broker with more than 30 years of experience, and I am a Relocation Consultant with AMCI Realtors Referral Services Inc., a national and international relocation and Real Estate services company specializing in finding homes for sale or  rent for professionals relocating to an specific area.

We are currently representing an employer expanding operations in your area, and will soon be moving a number of families to the vicinity, and looking for a 1 to 2 year rental. Many often choose to purchase the home during or at the conclusion of their leases as well.

We extensively prescreen every potential renter with background, rental, employment, credit, and criminal checks.

Additionally, we market your home to our extensive list of clients looking for rentals across the country and list it for free on the most visited real estate websites, giving your property maximum exposure.

There is never a listing fee to the property owner for our services unless we find a qualified renter, buyer and or execute a lease. If we are successful in achieving a rental agreement, our fee is 1 month of the first months rent only. Additionally, because of our outstanding relationship with our clients, we can often obtain above market rental rates that in most cases cover our fee. And most importantly, our agreement is Non Exclusive. This means you can continue to attempt to sell or rent your home while it is part of our portfolio. If you do, we will simply congratulate you and our agreement is terminated, and you owe us 1/2 of the commission. We are simply providing you with options, and another alternative in marketing your home.

What do you have to lose? The answer is nothing! There is no risk to the homeowner with our Non Exclusive agreement. We are also available to assist in property management if desired.
