· This is a FREE service to you! All we ask is that you refer us to your family and friends.

Please Read: Due to the large amount of requests for Church property, we require certain criteria to be met before an AMCI affiliate Partner member can be referred:

· On purchases, please be aware that financing commercial property usually requires a 30-40% down payment. Please take this into consideration when planning to purchase a property for Church use.

· Unless you are planning to lease, please be sure to have funds already in place for a purchase, or down payment.

· If possible, try to have a ministry or Church Acquisition plan already in place. It is difficult for a real estate agent to be able to help if the Church is still undecided on a plan of action.
