COMMON QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Do I need a Real Estate license?
Only if the transaction takes place in the United States or if the particular country requires it.
Do I have to move or bring my license with the AMCI Organization?
No. We don't take licenses or Our intentions is to Recruit Realtors, Brokers to our organization. We would only accept a Real Estate License for a Top Management Position.
How much is my Commission?
All Commission are negotiable, varies between 5% to 50% (But is within the standards of the Industry)
How do I get paid?
In you a are licensed Real Estate Agent or Associate Broker and the transaction takes place in the United States you'll get paid thru your Broker of Record Or as required by law. All others varies country by country.
What about If I recruit other Affiliate Brokers or Members?
You'll get 5% lifetime earnings of any closed transaction a new member brings to the table. A License may be required (Varies by Countries)
How do I become a Master Broker for the AMCI Organization?
Please tell us about your experience as a Real Estate Broker and your sales Force and we will conduct our private investigation to get you approved, so you may represent us in any country. E Mail Resume to: INFO@AMCIrealtors.com
What are my Duties as a Master Broker?
To supervise, review and to make sure all transactions are within compliances for each State or Country. You'll get part of the commission.
