GRACE LOHN

Grace Lohn is recognized as an international real estate specialist. Grace, is known for her vision and leadership in selling master-planned resorts and residential communities. She has worked to bring developers, brokers, agents and investors together on projects around the globe.

With extensive experience in the Dominican Republic, Grace has spearheaded several campaigns and projects, some of which include; Cap Cana, AtlanticA, La Estancia, Palma Real Villas, and Aramis Marina & Yacht Club global projects include; IL Borgo Resort (Tuscany, Italy) Cotton Bay Estates and Villas (Eluthra, Bahamas), and "The World" by ResidenSea (Nassau, Bahamas) and some others in Costa Rica and in the United States.

Her expertise and focus on marketing and selling is not limited to the North American Market. Her contacts and clientele in Europe and Latin America allow Grace to market projects worldwide.

With her unique entrepreneurial flair Grace has nurtured business and residential developments through various stages including conception, selling and completion. As a top producer, she has been a "go to" closer, year after year and project after project. Grace's considerable knowledge and experience in Real Estate Development, Resort Development, Contracts, Investor Relations, Marketing, Negotiations, Due Diligence, Public Relations, as well as her leadership, creativity and energy, assure successful outcome for all projects, big or small.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Grace is a licensed Real Estate professional and is a member of "Who's Who” in Luxury Real Estate, the National Association of Realtors as well as the Florida National Notary Committee. Her charitable efforts include work with the "Make-A-Wish" Foundation, "I have a Dream" Foundation, as well as the spearheading several clothing drives to help underprivileged children in the Dominican Republic.

Grace currently divides her time between Florida and the Caribbean, where she exclusively manages a growing real estate portfolio, including residential and resort properties in Florida and the Caribbean.

Grace was born in Havana Cuba and has traveled extensively with her husband Josh and daughters Kasey and Kourtney. Grace's passions are Family, Real Estate and "Discover" trips around the globe. Grace enjoys, white sandy beaches and clear blue waters where she can play beach volley ball, race her kids down the sand, catch some rays or even do some snorkeling. Even though Grace is not an avid Golfer she has spent some time on some of the worlds most amazing golf courses attempting to learn the game and find her husbands lost golf balls.
